The residential care center Sint-Pietersmolenwijk in Bruges chose LynX to create a safer, warmer, and more intuitive care environment. Through a combination of smart communication, light-guided navigation, precise localization, and adaptive mood and emergency lighting, residents enjoy a pleasant living atmosphere while caregivers can respond quickly and efficiently.

Lighting that guides and comforts

Smart lighting plays a central role in the care experience. It guides caregivers to urgent calls with clear light signals, while also creating a calming ambiance for residents. Light intensity and color adapt to the time of day, supporting a natural day-night rhythm and contributing to overall well-being.

Discreet safety and accurate localization

Thanks to real-time localization, caregivers always know where residents are and can intervene promptly when needed. Emergency lighting systems ensure optimal safety, even during power outages.

A partnership with Mintus

This project was realized in collaboration with Mintus, the care organization of the city of Bruges. Together, they implemented a technological solution that respects the dignity of residents while supporting care staff in their daily mission.
